Now I'm thinking OMG should I just go buy another phone with my carrier and take the loss or go thru all this damn stress!!!! If you put a $529.00 hold on my account then it seems if they don't get my Broke phone back that you assume you get a new one from google after all the hold is the new price of this phone!!! This really sucks bad!!! I might just put my attourney on it and let him do all the fighting and put a class action law suit on them!!!
